How much does a project cost?
We charge a one-time setup fee in the first month, then a fixed monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and support. The setup fee is never charged again; the monthly fee is adjusted once a year in line with costs such as hosting and domain renewal. After a short call, we'll give you an exact price.
How long does a project take?
A showcase website or landing page usually takes 1–3 weeks, an e-commerce site 4–8 weeks, and mobile apps or custom software 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We share a clear timeline after our first call.
Do I get the source code?
No. The website's software and source code belong to DilmexUP and are not shared. The content on your site — text, images and logo — belongs to you. As long as the monthly service continues, your site stays online and we handle hosting, updates and everything technical.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes — that's exactly how we work. Once your site is live, hosting, security, backups, small changes and technical support are all covered by the monthly fee.
Do you work with clients outside Türkiye?
Absolutely. We're used to working remotely and work smoothly with clients in different time zones, in English and Turkish.
Can I update the site myself?
We handle small text and image changes as part of the monthly service. If there are sections you want to update often (blog, products, announcements), we can also set up a panel you can manage without any code.
Do you take care of the domain and hosting?
Yes. Domain, hosting and SSL setup — and their yearly renewals — are included in the monthly fee. We can also set up your business email addresses if you'd like.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We start by analyzing your current site's design, speed and SEO. When moving to the new site, we carefully plan redirects and content migration to protect your search rankings.
